This also happened to me doing Nest Egg, I have done several runs in between as I read that would fix it but nothing has happened. (Every time I play I've been on wifi as well)

That's the stats for that profile, hence my confusion for not having nest egg either.
Update: having any sort of QOL mod like game speed changers stops steam achievements. Remove the mods folder and restart the game. At least that's what worked for me

Having mods installed, or even just steamodded disables achievements
There is a mod to fix that but I don’t have a link to it. It’s somewhere in #1209506514763522108
