Saturn mod MACOS

can anyone help me make Saturn mod work with macos?
Brainstorm mod works fine but can't make saturn work for some reason. I am launching the game by dragging run_lovely.sh into terminal

alternatively, can anyone recommend alternative mod that disables animations
