The game crashes with the provided crash screen when I attempt to play even a single card. If it matters, the ante before I hit NanInf as my score.
I played with pretty much the same amount of Jokers and Cards for several Antes and I had zero problems.
Did I just brake the game or can I save it somehow? It's not that important but I'd like to actually finish this run.

if you want to get the game over screen for stats' sake, i'd advise you to get steammodded and install the talisman mod (which removes scoring limits, and will prevent the game from crashing)
This also happened to me on several runs, where i would get naninf, and then be fine for a few antes but at some point just selecting a card causes a crash with the errorr you showed. Very weird how it doesn't happen on the round right after you hit naninf

Hmm now there's a new problem - my game crashes a few seconds after loading my save (don't even need to do anything).

Removing steammodded and all mods fixes this, but then the previous error still occurs after trying to score a card.
This is also what I see on the Continue screen - guess that warning was telling the truth

Personally i can't help you much because i'm not well versed with code and stuff, but id suggest you make a backup of your profile and save, just in case something goes wrong (you'll find your data in %appdata%)
