Rule Breaker achievement not unlocked despite completing every challenge

I recently completed every challenge, but for some reason the 'Rule Breaker' achievement has not been unlocked. I have been playing across a few differnet platforms all linked to the same file with Apple Arcade, and while all of them show all the challenges being completed, none of them have 'Rule Breaker' unlocked
