I just downloaded the gamepass version of balatro and wanted to port my steam saves there, does anyone know where the save files for the gamepass version are located? I still have the appdata folder from the steam version but the structure in the gamepass folders look different. Thanks a lot for the help

not yet, chatgpt was no help and probably still not a problem for many, i was hoping to find someone who know’s it here

you could try installing Everything and use that to search for endwith:.jkr

i did exactly this! But no luck, balatro game pass does not seem to create any appdata folders

and the folders it does create has no .jkr files :/

@pliant fractal xboxpc/gamepass microsoft store app's user datas include saves are usually in
%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Packages
some case save type not compatible with steam/epic.
(cause of save compatible beside XPA between PC and XBOX)
might be different file format(for XBOX version) makes jkr search didn't work i guess?

if balatro pc use same build and save with balatro XBOX, then that would be in Packages directory.
if Stalker2 kind 'not XPA' titles, save would in the appdata/local same as other games.
