Hello,

I am using a new Samsung A55 to play Balatro.
Balatro is constantly using 85% or more of the GPU, I feel like this game should be much lighter on the GPU instead.

I tried to disable the moving background, and set the device to 60 FPS, even enabling power saving mode as I suppose the game drains the battery by GPU usage.

I'm not an expert, but if the background is not moving but is still being recreated with its shader every frame it'll still use a lot of processing power. I'd suggest the dev to use the static image instead, as a rendered texture (localthunk, sorry if you do it already, otherwise I have no idea)
