Hello, I started to modify the localization of certain mods to improve the wording of some of their jokers (purely for my own satisfaction), which I could successfully do by directly editing the files within the mods' folders. But is there a way to make my own mod with just my localization that overrides those of other mods/jokers, so I don't have to do this every time I want to update a mod?

Yes, you can set up a steamodded mod and it'll load the localization for you. You'll want to set a higher priority than the mods you're modifying as to overwrite their entries with yours
And how would one go about this? I've never made an actual mod before; only ever tinkered with game or mod files but that's all
