I'm trying to play, but every time I've opened Balatro it freezes on the screen below and shortly after stops responding.

If it's about specs, here they are:
Cpu: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 1037U
Gpu: Integrated graphics
Ram: 4 Gb DDR3

I'm also having the same issue. Oddly I can press escape and it flashes to the menu but it stays frozen until I hit escape again. Makes it impossible to change settings, as I was going to try and set it to windowed mode to see if that helped.

just installed the latest graphics driver and its still not working
i dont even get to that loading bar i just click play and it opens a white screen saying not responding

I have the same problem, it flahes, reappear, and stays stuck around 40% loading, and i tried all the things i saw online (drivers update, deleting settings, etc etc)
Very odd because it worked okay first but now it doesn't work anymore even tho i changed nothing in between
