Was personally able to get to ante 11 with this seed. I suck at the game though so it could probably be optimized further.

it's unlikely because photochad + blueprint in round 2 is already god tier but I gotta check

buying hieroglyph makes the next shop have a mime to save for later
you also still get the blueprint so technically it's photochad + blueprint by ante 0 💀
also the second ante 1 shop has grabber so you get your hand back
