Late but to answer your question all the cards for the shop are the same across all blinds in the ante so its the same

yeah once you start an ante all the jokers for the ante are generated as one queue that just moves along every reroll or blind

Canio is in the arcana now pack in ante 4 after beating the small blind

Also you can do the first boss without plasma by playing the full house, then two pair, then discarding for diamond flush

Discard for a flush hearts then you will have another flush then you play the debuffed cards and play last hand with will be another flush
