Four Fingers turns Full House into a Flush House?

I have a combination of "Four Fingers" and "Smeared Joker". In this hand, I have a full house, 4 of the cards being counted as red cards.

It seems that Four Fingers turns my Full House into a Flush House, even though it does not specify that Full House can be created with 4 cards and this also doesn't work on Two Pair.

you have a full house and a flush in the same hand, that makes that hand a flush house, not a bug
