If that’s the case then I can how someone can mix that up. He probably just misread it. No biggie, I mean I’m not complaining this looks like a potentially very good seed, buy telescope in ante 1, get observatory in ante 2.

The voucher skip in ante 4 gives you wasteful which is +1 discard. That’s one way of getting 2 vouchers out of the pool in one ante.
