The game worked perfectly fine a few days ago, I don't know why it started doing this.
I've reinstalled it thrice but it still doesn't work.

Apparently, I just had to reboot my pc.
The game is working now.

This is also happening for me on Steam version.Restarting PC isn’t working though

The game hasn’t updated recently, so there shouldn’t be any new issue like this. I just want to be able to play the game again, and hopefully whatever happened isn't a save issue.
