Merchant joker: grades the joker to its right. Grade starts at psa 1 which decreases its sell value by 5 and nerfs how many mult/chips it gives. Every blind, skipped or not, it increases in grade by 1. With every grade that it gains it becomes less nerfed and worth more. From grade 5 and onward it starts buffing the graded joker and for every grade it gains the joker is worth 2 more dollars. Once the joker is graded to 10 its worth 20 dollars and doubles its effect.
