Debuffs all jokers to the right, ×0.75 mult for every debuffed joker
Strategy:
1.Dead weight
Many jokers in the game such as mail in rebait, burnt joker or cartomancer trigger from selecting blinds, discarding or other features outside of playing a hand. With the new debuffing joker, these dead weight jokers could be put to use even when their abilities aren't being triggered.
2.Dodging Drawbacks
For cards like troubador or vampire, there are drawbacks. This debuffing joker could be used to counter them. For example, say I am on my last hand and I don't think I am going to make enough chips to beat the blind, I could debuff my troubador to gain an extra hand.
3.Boss Blinds
This joker could be useful for boss blinds. For example, say I had Paroidelia and I got the plant as my boss blind, if Paroidelia was essential to my joker combinations, I could temporarily debuff it instead of selling it to beat the plant. Additionally, this joker would reduce the negative effects of getting a boss that debuffs or removes all sources of triggers(bloodstone and the head for example) for jokers.
4.Useless Jokers
You could use this debuffing joker in the early game with slots that would otherwise be empty or in the late game with negatives to make use of buying jokers that are of little use.

This joker could be a viable rare or uncommon joker that would enable a new layer of strategy by allowing the player to dynamically turn other jokers on and off without the need to sell them.
