i discovered that if you take the +1 hand card voucher and use a -1 hand (ex. for a negative joker) the voucher effect disappears idk why

Oh I see what you mean, but still not a bug. The spectral you used takes away more handsize the more you used it
Im assuming it was the 2nd time you used it so it did -2
