Found this seed randomly while re-rolling for Rare tags. Take both skips and beat the boss. Baron and Invis will be in the shop. There is a Gluttonous Joker in the buffoon pack for a source of mult (you'll need it). I can't remember if it's the next shop or the shop after but if you reroll once there's a Mime.
I only went a few antes because I ran out of time so I'm not sure what this seed is capable of. Might be a total dud for all I know. But maybe someone else can get a good run going
