If you have 2 chicot the -1 hand size boss gives a permanent +1 hand size. First chicot disables it then the second disables again giving +1 due to a bug. More chicot you have the more hand size you get.

You can abuse this to use ectoplasm more than you normally would.

Or you can just get your hand size as absurdly large as you want. For a massive score with baron/mime.
