I wasn't keeping track of where things popped up due to this just being a casual run. Skip first blind for eternal blueprint. Madness and Brainstorm show up in shop along the way. Eternal burnt will also show up at some point if you want to take that. Along the way there will also be several spectrals with ankh.

EDIT:
Skip first blind, complete big blind. The shop will have an eternal blueprint and a buffoon pack with eternal madness.
Shop after boss blind contains spectral with immolate.
Shop after big blind of ante 2 contains burnt joker and spectral with ecto

There's also a wheel hit on madness for foil and a wheel hit on blueprint for polychrome

Ecto can be found in an early spectral as well
