100,000K achievement given in game but not on steam

I've gotten the 100,000,000 chips requirements like dozens of times now in multiple different runs and I'm just now realizing that the steam achievement was never given to me despite the fact that i have stuntman unlocked in game. Yes this is an unseeded run and yes this profile has unlocks and steam achievements enabled. There are no mods other than the texture pack and I have gotten multiple achievements with said texture pack
