I made this list with some really cool abilities for legendary jokers, feel free to use or make a mod with them, ping me here if you can if you are going to add a joker with any of these abilities or are going to make a mod with them.

second joker: sure
third joker: actually a good idea
fourth one: insert canvas from cryptid here
fifth one: so worse chad from cryptid
sixth one: this either never works, or a seed where this happens 3 times in a row is found

First joker already exists in a mod, at a much lower level of power. (Pokermon Zapdos)
Second Joker doesn't quite feel legendary, but is definitely too strong to exist as a rare.
Third Joker is Boredom from Cryptid.
Fourth Joker is definitely legendary, arguably broken to the level of Perkeo or Blueprint.
Fifth Joker is ludicriously unreliable, and is generally just a less consistent blueprint without Oops All Sixes.
Sixth Joker simply doesn't activate enough, because even a no-skip run to ante 39 doesn't select 128 blinds.

Consideration: What if it started at 1 in 128, but increased by 1 each time it failed to make a joker? And then reset once it made a joker?
