I took the spectral pack skip with double tag, in the first one I chose ectoplasm and in the second one I didn't get spectral cards to choose from and I was left with softlock.
I tried restarting the game but it didn't work.

Are you sure that's what happened? Normally with this bug you do get spectral cards to choose from in the double tag booster pack, but upon reloading the run they disappear
