Edit: In the first shop of ante 1, buy the normal buffoon pack, otherwise the brainstorm won't be in the second pack.
In the second shop of ante 1, there's a mega buffoon pack with bloodstone and brainstorm in it. In both antes before you can discard for high straights (big blind play the one drawn in hand and then discard for it)

I messed around with it some more and it turns out you need to buy the buffoon pack in the first shop
