Is it a bug that Smeared Joker and Flower Pot don’t work together?

You still need at least 4 cards

A single spade can’t count as both the spade and club for flower pot. But 2 spades will count (same for the red suits)

That's kind of weird, since if you have a single Wild Card, it counts as all 4, right?

One Wild Card triggers Flower Pot and triggers the every Suit Joker etc.

Yeah but flower pot wants 4 different cards with 4 different suits not one card with 4 suits

So correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure Flower Pot triggers with just 1 Wild Card. But I may be misremembering.

It does not, which is why BAYLE made this bug report. I'm of the opinion that it's fine as it is currently.

The only thing that needs to be fixed with flower pot is that a debuffed wild card will not count as the base suit of the card.

It will count for a flush which makes that a bug.
