For context I loaded up balatro on my phone and when my finger slid from the right edge of the screen, the options menu popped up. I clicked back and the game loaded, but all stake progress was deleted, along with challenge deck and stake stickers on my jokers
I had beat gold stake on blue, ghost and checked deck which is unfortunate
Will update when I reunlock challenge deck to see if progress there is saved

It appears that challenge deck progress has been reset, thankfully I already beat jokerless
