Lost all my progress in Balatro Mobile

I had every single deck in gold stake except the black and nebula deck, today I logged in to try get the stuff I'm trying to get done done and all my progress was lost

Heres my collection and the 2 jokers Im missing

I have the same problem today. Hundreds of hours, gone. Apparently glitched out existence. Have you seen or heard anything about this yet?

Just wanted to document this in case anyone else has the same issue I did.

Steps:

1. Purchase and download Balatro
2. Launch Balatro while in Airplane mode (I did so while flying to Mexico)
3. Due to being offline Balatro does not ask to log in to my Games account/link and cloud save progress
4. When back online it still does not ask, nor is there an easy way to find how to link it.

Problems caused by this:
Cannot sync between multiple devices (in my case an Android tablet [Samsung Galaxy S9 FE])
Potentially lose progress/save file if phone is reset etc.

How to fix:
Go to the Google Play Store and download the actual Google Play Games app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.play.games&hl=en_US&pli=1)
Launch Balatro from within that app while logged into your primary Google Play Games account

It took a moment but it had all my progress saved still and then got achievements on Google Play.

Feedback/Recommendations:
Add something to the game to connect to your Google Play Games account past initial bootup of the game.
Clearing cache did not work and if I cleared data it would have likely erased my save.

Also pressing and holding the app and selecting "Choose profile" just sat spinning and didn't allow me to select a profile, only launching from within the Google Play Games app fixed it.

I found this it might help? Might not. I haven't tried it yet.

That's so unlucky, I had like 500 hours in my save and I only needed 2 more decks to have every deck on gold stake

Launched the game on a poor connection, encountered the same bug. Fix does not appear to work. Updating the app now to see if that will restore any progress
