Below are a listing of the current deck ideas I would want to create. Most of these decks are intended to be similar in power level to vanilla decks, with the exception of the JUMBO DECK.
Deck Ideas:

Orange Deck: Gain no money from interest or remaining hands. Gain $2 each time you use a discard.

Purple Deck: Start with $0. +1 Hand and +1 Discard every round.

White Deck: +2 Hands every round. -1 Joker slot.

Skyline Deck: Start with 26 Clubs and 26 Diamonds in deck, and no Hearts or Spades.

Lower Deck: Start run with your 8’s, 9’s, 10’s, and Face cards (Jacks, Queens, and Kings) being replaced by 2’s, 3’s, 4’s, 5’,s 6’s, and 7’s for each suit.

Upper Deck: Start run with no 2’s, 3’s, 4’s, 5’s, 6’s, or 7’s. Shop prices are increased by 50%.

Solar Deck: After defeating a boss blind, gain the Planet card that upgrades your most played hand (provided you have room).

Cassette Deck: Start run with Director’s Cut. The cost of rerolling a Boss Blind is reduced by $5.

Inferno Deck: Start run with a Negative Burnt Joker. Your first discard each round destroys the discarded cards.

Idle Deck: If you purchase nothing from a shop, your money is doubled (or halved if your money is negative).

Station Deck: -3 Joker Slots. +1 Joker Slot for each unique Voucher purchased.

Slotted Deck: -1 Hand Size. Your hand size cannot be increased or decreased from 7.

Graffiti Deck: Small and Large Blinds have the boss effect of the current Ante’s Boss Blind. Give a Jumbo Tag Pack (choice of 1 out of 4 random tags) after each defeated or skipped blind.

Evolved Deck: After defeating a boss blind, destroy all cards that were not played this Ante, then make a copy of your final hand of this Ante. X2 base Blind Size.

Bejeweled Deck: Debuffed cards give $1 when scored. The Window boss blind effect is applied to all blinds.

Sharpened Deck: Debuffed cards give +50 chips when scored. The Spade boss blind effect is applied to all blinds.

Stained Deck: Debuffed cards have a 1 in 2 chance to give X1.5 Mult when scored. The Head boss blind effect is applied to all blinds.

Banded Deck: Debuffed cards give +7 Mult when scored. The Club boss blind effect is applied to all blinds.

Crimson Deck: All base edition cards (including your starting cards) are guaranteed to start with a Red Seal. The Crimson Heart boss blind effect is applied to all blinds.

Amber Deck: All base edition cards (including your starting cards) are guaranteed to start with a Gold Seal. The Amber Acorn boss blind effect is applied to all blinds.

Cerulean Deck: All base edition cards (including your starting cards) are guaranteed to start with a Blue Seal. The Cerulean Bell boss blind effect is applied to all blinds.

Violet Deck: All base edition cards (including your starting cards) are guaranteed to start with a Purple Seal. The Violet Vessel boss blind effect is applied to all blinds.

JUMBO DECK: Combines the effects of all vanilla decks into the following: +1 Discard every round, +2 Hand Size, and -1 consumable slot. Start with an extra $10. Start with the Crystal Ball, Telescope, Tarot Merchant, Planet Merchant, and Overstock Vouchers. Start with 1 copy of The Fool, and 1 copy of The Hex. You don’t earn interest every round. Instead, gain $2 per remaining Hand and $1 per remaining Discard at the end of each round. Start run with 40 cards that have randomized ranks and suits. Gain a Double Tag after defeating a Boss Blind. Balance Chips and Mult when calculating score for played hand. X2 base Blind Size.
