I don't have a ton down yet, but I've already figured out how to make some fun jokers. This is my first time truly "modding" anything, although I have some previous coding experience.

The running plan is to implement a "quota" system, where players need to raise a certain amount of money before the end of a blind to win. Shops would be larger, and generally more money will be granted. I'm working on Joker ideas, as well as eventually pushing towards the quota system.

This is basically just a devlog lol

some joker ideas

bracken: removes a random card from your hand at the end of every round, gains an xmult equal to (<number of card>) * 0.01. so, a discarded 7 would increase the joker's multiplier by 1.07x, a 4 by 1.04x, etc.

stop sign: prevents boss blind effects, destroyed at the end of a blind

hoarder bug: steals a random joker, gives double its sell value

coilhead: gains X.2 mult every time a hand is played without using a random suit. suit changes every round

bunker spider: gains +15 chips for every 8 played (probably will change in the future)

shotgun: prevents all adverse effects from "enemy" jokers (lethal company jokers) for 3 rounds (hoarder bug gives money without taking joker, bracken doesn't remove a card, etc)

there's one issue with how the mult gain amount is displayed (you can see this when i hover at the start) but otherwise, the bracken is fully implemented! the idea was that the discarding of cards is similar to how the bracken steals players' bodies. please ignore the placeholder art LMAO

as for the text issue, it just displays the wrong number for what it multiplies discarded cards by, but it's just a visual bug that i'll try and figure out

scrap ideas:

apparatus: one-time addition of 150 chips (consumable)

bottles: addition of 2x the amount of rounds held in inventory, max of $10. held for 3 rounds = $6 sell value, etc (consumable)

whopee cushion: does nothing, plays fart sound effect (consumable)

easter egg: 1/3 chance to explode after 5 rounds, gives +150 chips every round (joker)

mask: says it gives $5 at end of round.... does a certain thing after a round (joker)

flashlight: scrap consumables are 2x as likely to appear (voucher? idk if you can even mod those in ngl)

gift box: gives a random scrap item (consumable)

you guys can submit some ideas if you've got any!

my initial idea for the hoarder bug consumable is implemented, although i may change it at some point since consumables would probably just be scrap(?)

sorry for lack of updates here, every time i sit down to code some more i run into a roadblock in whatever i'm doing and spend like 2 hours trying to fix it lol. plus i have school and all that which doesn't give a ton of time to work 💔 but i'm slowly but surely getting at adding stuff
