I got this steam achievement as soon as I finished the run even tho I have 52 cards in the deck. It also doesn't seem to be the correct achievement. It has the name and symbol for the achievement "You Get What You Get": "Win a run without rerolling the shop" but it has the description for "Big Hands": "Have 80 or more cards in your deck." I don't believe I have completed the run without rerolling the shop, and as I mentioned I had 52 cards.
