I was thinking about multiplayer and saw the multiplayer versus mod. But what if instead of versus, it was Co-op?
Heres my concept:
Money: Money is shared, but start with double ($8, $28 if on yellow deck) and both obtain interest separately (basically x2 interest.) However, money obtained from Jokers (eg. Golden Ticket) is separate from the shared money. You can choose to move money from your "Wallet" to the shared one, but not vice versa.
Builds / Jokers: Builds / Jokers are separate, making the game much more interesting, since you could basically have 2 builds at the same time. (eg. 1 for money, 1 for mult)
Scoring: Scoring adds the mult and chips from both players into one, then adds them together. You could have one person be dedicated to chips, and one to mult to absolutely destroy everything. (This could come at a cost, perhaps x2 score req. like plasma deck)
The Deck: The Deck has 2 options that i think could work
a. The Deck is separate, with each player having separate decks, which makes things more balanced, but less interesting.
b. The Deck is shared, meaning if anyone gets any modifications, it applies to the entire deck, and all players draw from the same deck. This makes the game more cooperative, but also more chaotic.
Hands & Discards: Hands and Discards would be separate, but probably reduced in some form. Perhaps maybe -1 per extra player.
Consumables: Consumables are separate.
