Progress loss

Just opened my game on mobile to find that my progress is all gone.
The jokers collection is still here but all my wins all my stats and deck stakes are wiped clean as well as my profile name.
How can I restore my progress because that is dozens of hours playing the game 🤔

known bug, there's (for now) no way to either restore your lost progress, or to stop it from happening again in the future
