I bought an arcane pack, and wanted to get this legendary joker, and sold the negative blue joker without thinking about that not taking up a slot. I didn't claim any of the arcane cards (or the spectral). I exited back to the main menu and reentered the game to see if it hadn't saved that so I could instead sell the mail-in rebate, and it kind of did, but now it's showing the store as well and the spectral cards are showing up too low on the screen to click the "confirm" button because they're hidden by the cards in the hand. I can skip if I want, the skip button is low enough, but I really want that legendary Joker as the only thing I'm missing in the collection is 1 legendary joker. Closing and reopening the game didn't help.
Sorry if this is a known bug, I saw a similar one listed on the wiki but not exactly the same and I couldn't find it here.
