Purple and Blue sealed playing cards always create negative consumable cards. -2 consumable slots while this joker is in your possession

card looks like that one yugioh image of the guy hiding in the shadow realm with half of his face showing, i can't find it sorry 😅

would it be alright if it counted all sources that give you cards instead of just purple and blue seals or would that be too broken?

also perkeo only triggers after shop, this triggers while you're playing
