Canio is pretty early, in the Mega Spectral Pack on Ante 2, if you use the Immolate on the same pack you'll hit the first queen and be set

I used Erratic on Green Stake, not sure if deck changes the seed too much

There's at least 2 invisibles durin the run, as well as the BP and the BS.

Found it, first invisible is at 6, although maybe better econ might make it show up earlier due to how seeds work

And the BS is right at Ante 8 shop 1.

Ack, fuck, messed up on ante 16 with the mouth, had this really cool DNA Loop with Red Seals, Glass, and two BPs and a BS.

Long as you had 2 red seal jacks in hand, you copied one 4 times with the DNA, then swapped back to the canio to do a flush 5.

Oops helped, although ideally you manage to find a S&B and leverage that instead.
