I used an invisible joker earlier in the run and it duplicated my polychrome splash, and during the boss blind amber acorn when it was shuffled it had a Red deck back, while i am playing the blue deck. the pictures are from during and after the blind

Thanks for reporting it because I'd like to find out why this happens
I found a steam bug report for it too

I assume that if the game hasn't registered what deck you got the copied joker from it sets it to red by default - a visual glitch
