like how it would work is say the shop is: lusty joker, venus plannet card, a grabber voucher, a acana pack and a mega standard pack
you would get the joker placed into jokers, your hand would level up, you would gain a hand, then pick your tarot card to use and your 2 cards to add to deck, then choose to play or skip your next round

theres a tiny bit of agency, you may have to mess with your playstyle as your build changes around you without your concent, like suddenly playing hearts cause lusty joker apeared
and you do get to choose what card you do get out of the packs, but you cant choose to skip
