Lost months of gameplay

I was playing on iPhone for a month or two and today I wanted to try it on iPad. So I downloaded the game but the progress from my phone wasn’t there which is fine (then I have even read in FAQ that its not possible yet). But then I logged in on my iPhone cuz I wanted to play on my main save but everything was reset even on my phone…

Is there a way to get the save back or am I screwed?…

I guess it resets when I log in on other platform but under the same profile… maybe it was because I clicked on Play (on iPad) so it automatically created profile under the P1 where my main save from my phone should be… I’d appreciate any help

that's a non answer sadly. The real answer is to not play the game until they fix it, and if you must play it, then stick to just a single device.

Well at least players with the same problem can try to restore their lost data with the possible solutions mentioned in the message.

But yeah sticking to only 1 device is the only way to prevent this from even happening:)

were you able to restore your data? they themselves say that there's no way to restore lost profiles in that email.
