I was unable to get a blueprint to give a double tag on mobile. I assume it is related to having to reposition blueprint in order to sell it.
I have not tested with brainstorm.

you should select blueprint first to see if they're compatible with the joker you want to mimic

selling the best joker with foil just for a double tag is an interesting strat 😛
edit: makes sense to do it since they only have 1 round remaining. wasn't paying attention

you're right, it appears selling jokers on mobile moves them all the way to the right first, making it impossible to get double tags from blueprints
