You can see from the screenshots that i ran into an impossible scenario, i skipped both blinds, and managed to have a card marked as invalid / "previously used". It was a copy from DNA.
Actually maybe that is correct, BUT it was marked as invalid before i sold Merry Andy to increase my hand size by 1.
If you use DNA, then increase your hand size during the "The Pillar" boss and my copy became invalid

have seen something like this before. since you copy the card you played, it is considered the same and therefore has been played previously, however, the game doesn't show the debuff effect until something in your hand changes. the bug is that the debuff visual is delayed
