#First two joker tags on run seem to turn every other joker in the shops into a holographic joker

After skipping the first two blinds of a run for a Polychrome tag and a Foil Tag, every other Joker in the shops after the first Boss Blind seems to be a Holograph Joker.
This includes the first few shops after the next few blinds and re-rolling the shop after the boss blind.
Granted, this could just be an extremely lucky seed where every Joker in all the shops is indeed Holographic so the tags won't trigger (in which case, maybe this should be posted as a significant seed?).

Steps to recreate:

  1. Skip first small blind for Polychrome Tag.
  2. Skip first big blind for Foil Tag.
  3. Begin "The Goad"
  • Play Diamond Flush
  • Discard Spade Flush
  • Play Full House 4's and 3's
  • Play Two Pair 10's and 5's

Note: I couldn't really get past the next few blinds so I didn't really test this out much.

From my understanding, there is some value for how shop loot works and on some seeds the value rounds down to 0, and then divides by 0. This causes as we all know math to panic on what the heck to do since dividing by 0 is NaN, so it breaks
