I have an idea for a mod, but to execute it I would need to alter some vanilla jokers. I've yet to see any existing mod to do this which makes me wonder if it's even possible.
If i can instead remove them, I could at least re-add them with the added effects I need.
The changes I want are more complex than changing like +4 mult to +5 mult. For example, I want to change Obelisk to trigger on most played hand instead of not most played hand.
In general I've found a lack of documentation surrounding balatro modding, so it's possible I'm missing something simple.
