I play on PC and have had this problem for a while.
When I open the game within 2 minutes my monitor will turn completely black (even if i alt tab), then come back like normal within 5 seconds. This repeats at random but frequently enough that it is very frustrating.
There are some sessions where I do not have this problem, and some where I do. When I do have the problem it isn't fixed by restarting my PC. I tried looking for other people with a similar problem and was told to go into Nvidia settings and swap to "Prefer layered on DXGI Swapchain" and the first couple times that did work, but now it doesn't anymore. The only other search results I see don't really fit what my problem is. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix? All my drivers are up to date and my PC more than fits the system requirements.

I have checked drivers a bunch, and fresh installed my graphics drivers specifically
