Sell value of Jokers, Tarots & Planets are the same as their shop value

Basically you buy it and sell it for the same price rather than half. I think it would be great for Temperance/Swash value & situations where you're waiting for a specific joker & it appears, when suddenly you're $6 short because you spent down quite a bit. Just sell this joker and you have your money back

Perhaps there could be a certain timeframe in which Jokers, Tarots & Planets retain their shop value, like it's debuffed after 5 rounds or something
