Unable to create OpenGL window

On startup I first get the error "unable to create OpenGL window with the description
"This program requires a graphics card and video drivers which support OpenGL2.1 or OPENGL ES 2. OpenGL context creation error: wglMakeCurrent(): The Handle is invalid"

and afterwards it shows the error seen in the picture.
Everything worked well last week, updated my graphics driver to newest versions and since then i guess it does not work. Downgraded to an older version now and it still gives me this error.

i actually went 2 versions down because another game was complaining about about a known error in the two versions afterwards so i am now one version below what i was playing on last week

also how do i use this? downloaded it and get a .dll file but i dont know how to execute or use this file sry I really have no knowledge in this

you put the DLL file in the same folder where Balatro.exe is (Properties > Browse local files on steam to find it)
