#"Continue" Option is out of sync between devices

Hi! I play on both my Windows PC and my Steam Deck. Are your in-progress games supposed to be unique per device? If not, I think I've found a bug. I always ensure my Steam Cloud is up-to-date before playing, and only use a single profile, but I've noticed that my Continue option is regularly out of date between the two devices despite other data like deck completions/stakes being accurate. I've attached screenshots showing both my in-progress run (if any) and my stats page, first from my PC and then from my Deck.

I watched the save get uploaded from my PC and downloaded on my Deck immediately prior to taking those screenshots, so I know that the saves are considered fully synchronized from Steam's POV. Anecdotally, I also tried playing on my Macbook and noticed that I had yet another different Continue option.
