celluar jokers, nerd stuff (will make art soonish)

basically the idea is this, (common) Celluar Joker: +1 mult. when selecting a blind, duplicate itself and has a [1 IN 20] chance to "mutate"

mutates into other celluar jokers that have effects based off of how many other celluar jokers you have. for example +1 joker slot for every 2 celluar joker

if any biology nerds wanna suggest cool ideas for things for jokers to based off that would be cool

i think i might make it a [1 in 3] chance to dupe and have them give +5 mult
