I believe I quit the game while opening a Tarot pack. The screen I came back to after resuming had the Tarot cards right behind my hand of cards so I could not press the Use button on any of them. I was able to reach the Skip button to proceed. And then when I bought The Emperor from the shop, the Use button was unclickable for an unknown reason until I left the shop. (this did not really affect my run but could affect someone else's)
