(WIP) PracticeHands - New hand types using base game jokers/enhancements

This is a mod that adds new hand types to Balatro by using base game mechanics in some way.
Currently, 8 hands are fully implemented, these hands use the wild and lucky enhancements, as well as the Four Fingers and Shortcut jokers.
Future hands are planned to use other jokers and enhancements.
