The Wheel of Fortune card (makes one of your jokers foil, holographic, or polychrome) is either bugged or I just have horrible luck. It’s listed as a 1 in 4 chance, but between my phone and pc, I’ve probably opened 15 of them and none of them have succeeded the rng.
