I just beat my first gold stake run but I didn't get the achievement for it

Just win white stake again, the achievement checks for completion before you get granted the completion. This will happen for Completionist+ and Completionist++ as well

ive beaten 10+ runs since then and i still havent gotten it

wait maybe me adding a mod that changes some joker textures stops achievements from happening
